Alstom internal opinion survey: integration of an online result-visualisation tool to the 4th wave
In January 2017, Occurrence conducted the fourth wave of the internal opinion barometer, which included a component dedicate to internal communication devices. This yearly survey, which started in 2010, has consistently demonstrated a high rate of participation. Accordingly, 61% of stakeholders from over 40 countries responded, primarily online but also via a paper questionnaire across production units.
Now, for the first time, the survey included a first for Occurrence, enabling all entities across all countries to view the results online. Using a completely secure system, the management of the different entities thus had access to local information allowing for greater information sharing and customization.
