Occurrence and the Fédération de la Vente Directe: working together to improve communication in the direct sales sector.


As part of its partnership with the French direct sales association, Fédération de la Vente Directe (FVD), Occurrence conducted a study on the sector’s communication aiming to strengthen the efficiency and coherence of the messages put forth by FVD and its member organisations.

By combining documentary analyses, semi-directive interviews and a number of different types of workshops, Occurrence established diagnostics and worked with the FVD and no less than forty of its members to build a shared message platform to structure the sector’s public interventions and organise its priorities. With this new and ever-evolving toolkit, communicators from this fascinating sector – a human relations-driven universe sitting at the crossroads of the collaborative economy – can now shine its rightful light on the passion of the women and men who drive Direct Sales.
